Bernina website has many of the out of print manuals but your machine is pretty old and didn't see it there. If it was mine I would first contact Bernina Customer Support and ask if they have a .pdf manual that you could download or if they could send a copy. Worth a try! Merry Christmas!

by member RedEye66 also Bernina Question this was only posted 11 months ago so you might be able to join and (fingers crossed) get in touch with that member.
Not quite the model you have but here's a free download for a manual for Bernette 43/43D
I have a Bernette 004D and could scan the manual in the next few days....but it's a 3/4 thread 2 needle machine so not sure it would be any better than the 43/43D above.
That's about all I could find just now...hope this helps? ;-)

i have been looking online for the rolled hem attachment and plate. does anyone have any ideas where to look besides stalking ebay and craigslist?
