Alright so. It turns out that the headlight assembly replacement I purchased was the wrong headlight. There are 2 different ones with different wiring and the one I had was not the right one. The brand of the headlight is TYC and I had purchased it from autopartswarehouse.com Thankfully they will be sending me a prepaid shipping box and refunding me what I paid as they do not carry the correct part and the person I had ordered it from sent me the wrong part. Hours trying to figure that out whew... I ended up determining it was the headlight by disconnecting my turning signal harness from the broken headlight and connecting it to the connector and it worked. Fortunately I havent had any problems with mine so far. For you Id recommend checking out rockauto or partsgeek . While I have not personally ordered from either of these sites they seem to have what you need in stock.
